Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you think that product which you bought through our web-site is defective (we cover products with manufacture defects,but does not cover any defects caused by improper usage of the product) or your Megazip purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund except as noted below. 

We do carry a few items that cannot be returned: items with expiration dates that have expired such as flares, charts, annual publications;
items registered to the user such as boats, motors, EPIRBs, PLBs, SPOT, Class B AIS, life rafts; customized items such as rigging, and boat covers;
computer software, electronics charts, carry-on air conditioners, and clearance items. For electronics we will help you contact the vendor for assistance or repair.

Refund Methods

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.

To a Store

Returns

If you are close to a store you can return the item directly to that store. This can be completed in two easy steps:

  • Repackage the item in its original packaging. We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
  • Go to the local store and present them with your original receipt.
Exchanges

Need to exchange the item? Its just as easy as making the return.

  • Repackage the item in its original packaging.
  • Go to the local store.
  • Locate the part you want to exchange your item for. Can't locate what you need ask any of our Associate for assistance.
  • Present the Associate with your original receipt and they will process the exchange. If additional payment or a refund is due the Associate will advise you of the difference.

Direct to Megazip

Returns

If you aren’t close to a store you can return the item directly to our warehouse. Items containing hazardous material may only be returned to a Megazip store.
Please follow these easy steps to complete your return.

  • Repackage the item in its original packaging. We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only;
  • Call Customer Service at +66 076-390-585 for domestic and international return;
  • Our Associate will provide you with the required information to make your return;
  • Ship items back to us. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.
Exchanges

Need to exchange the item? Its just as easy as making the return.

  • Repackage the item in its original packaging;

  • Let the Associate know what item you want to return. Can't locate what you need ask our Associate for assistance;
  • Ship items back to us. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value;
  • We will ship out the exchange item once the original one is received at our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: 

- All returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customer’s cost. 

- We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.
